Most domestic (USA) orders are shipped from our warehouse here in Fleetwood,PA within 3 - 5 days, after receiving, using USPS mail (Prioity Mail) Please allow 2-5 days for mail transit. We can ship any package UPS next day delivery, UPS 2 day delivery, or UPS 3 day select. For any of these choices the customer pays all actual freight costs.
International Shipping
Most international orders are shipped within 5 - 7 days, using USPS global. Actual postage charges will be applied to all orders. See domestic shipping for discounts. Same discounts apply to international. Postage charges and discounts will not calculate on your check-out but will be correctly applied on your invoice. We do ship via Global Priority Mail, up to 4 pounds and Airmail for all orders over 4 pounds. - How do I know how much shipping is for international orders? All shipping fees are determined once the order is placed. International ship fees start at $18 USA. The ship fee will not be correct online, we will adjust the cost manually. - How do I care for my cookie cutters? Our cookie cutters are made of tin plated steel. The best care is to wipe them clean with a damp cloth. Dry them completely. The cutters will rust if not completely dry! - Can I return my cookie cutters? Yes. You may return any unused cutter within 30 days for any reason. On the back of your packing invoice will be a return form and instructions. Simply complete the form and send it along with the cutters for a full refund of the cost of the cutters. Sorry, shipping is not refundable. - Do you do custom cookie cutters? No. Unfortunately, at this time we do only take suggestions for cutters to add to our line. Custom work is not done.
